When They Pass Around The Coffee And The...



Garbanzo Bean Flourless Chocolate Cake?

I decided to try out a new recipe. It was definitely edible and a good option if you really want some chocoalte cake but also really want to avoid the calories that come along with it. It is also high in protein and gluten-free.



You are supposed to dust it with powdered sugar but I didn't have any so I took a little of the frosting that I got almost free from "playing" The Grocery Game and drizzled it on top. It definitely added some much-needed sweetness.

I don't really recommend bringing this one to your next holiday gathering, but as a healthier option for the people you live with that have to love you anyway, it's not too bad.

I love you even if you do crazy things like put beans in cake and call it chocolate.
